Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can receive them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- over the phone between the hours of 2pm – 4pm or at the reception desk at any point during our opening hours
- To ensure confidentiality we will ask for you to confirm identifiable data and results are only available to the patient unless there has been a prior agreement confirmed and documented.
Questions about your results
If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill out our test results request form and someone will be in touch.
Samples
If you have been asked to drop of any samples (i.e urine) we will ask you to fill out a form for extra information, and we ask that all samples are handed in before 3pm to ensure we can get them sent off to the labs on the same day.
